FYI if you also need hot water the manager told me that they do not provide that because it's a fire hazard. Instead of fixing the problem in the room they just completely ignored me.
When I complained desiree told me just to call the corporate and when I called the corporate I was told that the only way they can solve this is they will waive early check out fee and for me to book a room at a different hotel like rio! And pay an additional $55 fee. The room's temperature is extremely hot because of the heater. I waited in line to be seen by guest service's because I needed a disposable toothbrush (I don't mind paying) but after waiting for over an hour I was told to go back to the line because the priority is check in. Complained about is but the manager desiree just laughed about it. Phones in the room is only there for display. I requested for handicap access but wasn't honored.
